Armand, I don’t understand why no-one has yet written in your guest book but I am glad to be the first. It is indeed true that one has glimpses of 18th and 19th century master painters,… even back to El Greco apon viewing these works,… and yet, they are timeless, and have something of that quality found in icons. These are bizarre and unique works of a deceptive simplicity. The figurative works of this year 2004 I find truly excellent as far as can be judged on a screen. #22,#1, #6,#7,…and especially #26 & #21. I find it a pity that such lyrical works are not graced with a title…these numbers look so sterile.
