I’ve touched to depth of soul. I’m a really incorrigible romantic! I am grateful to you for your visiting my blog.
I've got the best impressions by your works! The your indevidual pictorial hand impress! An expressive texture of dabs as if they spntaneously model a form! It sets the emotional fashion of your painting!
Carol Sherman Cecil, Your work is a pleasure to look at. The bigger (size of canvas) you can go the better. Your work with color is prevocative. Thanks.

Vick Hey Cecil, like the new piece called High Handed. I remember your blog of a few weeks ago and you were getting in touch with your anger. I don't see anger in that piece, but I do see some growth and some lovely things happening. You are taking risks and I hope you are finding it rewarding. Keep on painting!
Walter King Cecil,
Your paintings are vibrant explosions of color and texture and the joy of life. I'm reminded of Hans Hoffman's large abstractions, at times Matisse's flowers, sometimes Diebenkorn...especially the figure paintings.
Vick February 26, 2007-- your work is on the main AA page. Oooh, A h!!
Mark Cecil, Love the paintings, as primarily a landscape painter, I see wonderful mystical landscapes in your work. Thanks again for the kind words to my latest blog.
Carl Wesley Moulton Dear Mr. Herring,
I am a veteran of the US Marine Corps, actively reinventing himself - the quintessential work in progress. I find your work especially inspiring. I have taken classes in drama and creative writing to nurture my new self and redirect my energies, and your creations spark another vein in me to create something on canvas. Thank you, Carl.
Brad Michael Moore Cecil,
You celebrate art in so many ways - I've always liked those who can just point and fly. I particularly like your 3-D works. Best of luck in the continuing journey!
Elena Ray Delicious color and High energy vibrations!
Brad Michael Moore OK - I see Vick has posted here twice - so I feel I can too - this 24th day of October, 2008. Blue Light Special, is a really nice piece - also, Blue Light Special. Your keep your POV fresh, and that is always refreshing to me. Always watching and wishing you well - Brad
