Hi Christine, I am a self taught artist in my beginning years as well. I love your attitude to your work and being creative and totally agree that copying famous works is a great way to learn after all that is how the great Masters spent their afternoons when they were students, it was part of their studies to replicate previous great works, it helped the student understand different styles and methods and also gain understanding, it allows you to learn so much about painting. The Louvre in Paris supports this way of learning and issues permits to students wanting to study in this manner. Keep up the great attitude and I wish you continued success. Most sincerely, Jody.

What beautiful art! I love the way this art makes me feel -- happy! The colors and subject matters are so pleasant. Even though I believe this artist has talent to do many styles; I believe her talent in the graphite portrait as in Prince is outstanding. I have known this artist for years; since she was a child. I can tell you that she was born with this talent and has been able to make remarkable replicas and imaginative portaits since she was a little girl without any training. It just comes naturally. Keep up the outstanding work Christine.
