Artist Statement:
My imagery is about discovery.
It takes me to places I have
never been, places that free
me from the pressures of a
clock driven world, places
that heal. I'm most excited
when in tune with the
underlying flow and energy of
the ordinary. I seek to reveal
the essence of a moment or
place gone unnoticed. I love
showing things in new ways,
using the elements of
surprise, mystery and
playfulness, fused with design
and movement.

I purchased a signed print of Mr. Winston's Solitude a few months ago - it's a wonderful photograph, an image captured by a very keen and practiced eye - and it looks fantastic on my wall! Lots of great images are available from this photographer - he's very approachable and friendly as well!

Mr. Winston,Im sure that you must recieve much praise for your solitude picture and it is much deserved. I am not sure what it is, but something about this photograph brings upon a rush of emotions. It reminds me of my grandparents farm as a child, and i recieve an overall rush of sensations whenever i see it. Its perhaps the greatest photo i have ever encountered. Keep up the great work and thank you for a timeless photograph. I and many others will cherish it forever.

I have two of your works, Solitude and Past Dreams. I throughly enjoy relaxing in my great room after a long day and looking these two pictures which take me to a wonderful quiet place. Are there any othe pictures similar to this series.Thank you for your anticipated response.

Your work is highly unusual and striking. You certainly do more than photograph livestock which is how I first saw your photography. You postcard book is wonderful! My husband and I own two postcard companies, one in Indiana (farm animals very popular) and one in Colorado (wildlife more popular). May we contact you sometime? Best wishes.
