[ Connie Bostic, April 18,

Ron Ogle is an artist and an
environmentalist who has long
expressed his love for our
area and his concern for the
earth. For years, he stapled
and pasted environmental
information around town. He
created a huge collage about
deforestation...

Hi Ron, I just had a look at your site. You have some wonderful pieces! Some of the detail shots are luscious. We also have rock balancers out here on the sound..but let's be honest...Some of those (that you've photographed) aren't possible...are they????

Davinia Hart
My favourite subject in art is portraiture. Yours are astoundingly beautiful.

Joyce Fredette
Hello Ron! I have just viewed your Veronese Madonna. I love the translucent qualities of the skin, veil and hair, the light particles fron the halo you sprinkled on the eyes and face, and the way you made the oil appear like pastel on the fabric and upper background. In addition, you captured Mary's true age when she gave birth to Jesus. Just wonderful. You are wonderful!

Anne Michelsen
Your message here Hi Ron, Your portraits have the rare quality of having caught the souls of your subjects. I cannot get enough of them. (I am a portrait painter myself and know how elusive such a thing can be.) I am bookmarking your site and will be back.

Lucy Drumonde
Your painting is beautiful and very ecletic. A amasement of colors expressed in sutle earth tones.

ChrisAnn McBride
Hi Ron, I love how captivating your pieces hold one's attention. It is very inspirational. May I intrude in your world and ask if you would look into mine and give me constructive critism. This would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, ChrisAnn www.art-curio.com
