jim lovely work keep it up
Walter King Ron, great work. What a wonderful figurative tradition to work from--Blues, Jazz, Boxing... I know this work and the size is quite impressive. Good to see it up here on wwar! Your friend and colleague, Walt
Marc Schimsky Wow! Your work blows me away! Are the figures done strictly from observation? Norman Rockwell is nothing now that I've seen your work. Thank you for sharing your view of the world with us.
O.P.Joshi Ph.D. Dear Ron, You are doing the historical work to be of great value. You are creating history in painting and also writing the visual history, this type work is rare. We in India have a folk tradition of doing so, please visit website www.artistman.net and give your comments.with regards.O.P.Joshi
Tony Miller Ron, Thankyou Thank you, I am also a profesional artist and educater living in a rural comunity. When I saw your work tonight it reafirmed my covictions that art should reflect our lifes. Being the only african canadian in our county not many people around here get it. I have actually been acused of being a racist for painting . Mostly black people. I am simply recording my history. Love your style and Hope to see more of your work. sincerly yours Tony Miller A.O.C.A.
MUGU MAGA KEEP IT UP NICE SITE
steven Nice and thought filled site you've got here!...
Michael Fornadley Ron, just dropping in a line on how good your work is. Your willingness to tackle group compositions and building on the Ash Can School painting of Bellows and Sloan with your own vision. Saw your works at the Ohio State Fair a couple of years ago, believing you won first place in the professional division. You also paint courageously, in the ability to tackle large formats for your works, not an easly task from experience. Keep up the good work, and maybe we will bump into each other at some Columbus event.
R Porter Your painting have such good strength and the use of color is wonderful.Being an artist i can truly appreciate a man of talent.
john broumas Lets see more of your work. Great talent.
Lou Posner Loved Concrete Village. The poses of the two women, one with groceries, the other with a child, are so real it's uncanny. The yellow color scheme works very, very well.
Kendall Kessler I like your artwork very much. I am also an artist/educator on this site.
Troy Body Greetings. The painting on this site is like living history. I truly wish I could see it up close. You are a great talent. While I am writing from West Virginia, I am certain the state of Ohio truly values the great contributions you bring to that state. Don't ever stop.
zsuzsa naszodi Dear Ron, I,m writing to you from Hungary, from Kossuth,s country. The Kossuth street gives me a Hungarian feeling. I also love your figure paintings. Beatiful movements, strong work. Congratulations, zsuzsawww.absolutearts.com/naszodi/
