Artist Statement:
I am very happy that I am able
to enjoy the world of art.
Although it may take a lot of
my time, sometimes I
appreciate the fact that art
is in many ways a pathway for
communication. I can still
remember my Secondary school
teacher in Isa Town requesting
us to draw a picture of some
grapes.
After we had finished I was
delighted that my drawing was
chosen as the best. It was my
teacher’s positive
reinforcement and support that
encouraged me to further my
artistic endeavors. To date I
enjoy many aspects of art
which are not just limited to
painting. Recently I have
found that photography has
also sparked the creative
artistic side of me. Art is a
world that knows no boundaries
and supports no critics since
artistic impressions mean
different things to different
people.
