I have never really thriled to a painting before, as I have just now to Meditation On Spring. It is like thrilling to melodies in Beethovan's pasteral. Thank you for the zoom enlargment. I don't think the original on canvas could be as bright as on my lcd monitor. I feel I have come upon one of the world's greatest artists. I see a fairie in the uper right of the arc of light at the top and garlands of pastel flowers. Don't cut your ear off.

'The Other Self' is beautiful... At first I saw sadness, but it is really tranquil and peaceful. I see many beautiful things in it and in everything that is beautiful one can also see overcome sadness. This picture speaks to me of overcome sadness and pain, which has been transformed into peaceful and deep contemplation of life and everything that is in it. And it tells me that we are never alone as there is so much and ultimately God within each and everyone of us.I love the colours as well...I'm glad you are painting and doing what your heart tells you to.

remember when i wanted to buy one of your paintings and you did not want to part with it then bc you had done it after your grandmama died? this work reflected precisely what i felt after my son died recently. we connected...and w/your compassion so visible in your art...even in INVISIBLE(my other osterloh purchase)...you could not but part with it. this only adds to the beauty. oh yes, the season has changed so the light is different . i moved INVISIBLE...pristine and perfect....!!shalom shalom = perfect peace.......may you have it............in mind and heart!
