Artist Statement:
People going about their life
are always fascinating.
Often you may relate to their
activities. Sometimes they
trigger a thought from your
past. Usually, each time you
look at them, you will see
something different.
With these paintings I
continue my basic explorations
into the interactions between
ordinary people in everyday
settings. They are part of my
figurative Contemporary Social
Realism series.
Many Social Realism paintings,
like mine, were bright and
colorful, drawing in the
viewer with their vibrancy. My
paintings follow a more
contemporary trend, where in
the last decade the movement
is being resurrected in
figurative scenes.
My paintings are found in many
private and corporate
collections, and collected
